Ask Conrad is a small business that has launched its Services to provide real estate professionals networking opportunities in the commercial and/or business-to-business (“b2b”) context. By using our Services or otherwise providing any information to Ask Conrad, you acknowledge that you are engaging in our Services in the commercial or b2b context.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through our Services. For example, you provide information directly to us when you create or log in to your Ask Conrad account, download and use our App, subscribe to our Services, access tools or services at the Ask Conrad Store, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Contact Information: We collect basic contact information, such as name, email address, mailing address and phone numbers.
- Profile Information: We collect additional information to create your Ask Conrad profile, including a profile and cover picture, what languages you speak, date of birth, information about your company or employer, split percentage, career focus and experience, license number and the states in which you are licensed, if applicable.
- Biography Information: We collect any additional information you choose to provide for your biography on our Services.
- Referral Information: We collect details you provide in connection with a referral request, such as name, phone number, email address, current address, location and/or address of interest, and price range; information about a prospective buyer, including annual income, assets, employment status, loan type, credit score, pre-approved status, current home purchase price and property value; and information related to a property, such as property type, size, age, issues, value, and price, and information related to mortgage, claims, and coverage. We may use this information to train and power our AI model that matches and sends your referral requests to interested real estate professionals.
- Payment Information: When you subscribe to our Services, become a member, or make other purchases at the Ask Conrad Store, our payment vendor collects information about your payment.
- Verification Information: Through out Services, we (or our verification vendor) collect limited information about you to verify your identity, including your proof of real estate license, date of birth and a valid form of identification, such as your driver’s license. This information will stay private.
B. Information We Collect Automatically When You Interact with Us
When you access or use our Services or otherwise interact with us, we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device and Usage Information: We collect information about how you access our Services, including data about the device and network you use, such as your hardware model, operating system version, mobile network, IP address, unique device identifiers, browser type, and app version. We also collect information about your activity on our Services, such as access times, pages viewed, links clicked, and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.
- USE OF INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to operate and provide our Services and respond to your inquiries. We also use the information we collect to:

- Process payments and send you related information, including confirmations and receipts;

- DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We may disclose your information in the following circumstances or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:
- We disclose or make available information to vendors, service providers, and consultants that need access to your information to perform services for us, such as companies that assist us with emails, web hosting, cloud infrastructure, security, analytics, verifying your identity and payment processing.
- We disclose your profile information and real estate and other professional license number with other Ask Conrad members to connect you with other professionals.
- We disclose your profile and referral details to match and send your referral requests to other interested professionals.
- We may disclose your information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
- We may disclose your information if we believe that your actions are inconsistent with our policies, if we believe that you have violated the law, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of Ask Conrad, our users, the public, or others.
- We may disclose your information with our lawyers and other professional advisors where necessary to obtain advice or otherwise protect and manage our interests.

Our Services are not intended for or directed at children under the age of 18. In addition, we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.

We do not currently support certain browser settings or otherwise respond to Do Not Track requests.

You may opt out of receiving text messages by replying “STOP”. Further, you may opt out of receiving emails by following the instructions in those communications. If you opt out from promotional emails, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
